6 simple steps to have a happy ending to your diet.
Step 1: Eat healty. It's important you aren't having to much sodium or junk foods, because then you're diets going nowhere.
Step 2: Exercise of course. Make sure you're burning off all those calories!
Step 3: Do yoga. Also be sure to stretch before any exercising so you don't pull a muscle!
Step 4: Stay hydrated. I can't stress how important it is to stay hydrated. Especially during the summer! Just Do It!
Step 5: Have fun. Make your own playlists for certain exercise machines so you are forced to stay on beat.
Step 6: Measure DON'T weigh. Scales are your enemies in this diet. Don't look at them, they will all do you wrong.
